Yesterday I saw a guy playing a piano on the back of a truck...UNT PEOPLE ARE FREAKING AWESOME. What else can I say?

I'm here! Finally settled at UNT. The dorm is pretty nice. Katie and I spiced it up with awesome decor. Move in day was....stressful. And it was so hard saying goodbye to my family, even though I'm going to see them this weekend. Just knowing that the dorm will be my home for the majority of this year is hard. BUT, I met up with some people and we had a mini tour of D-Town (reminds me of San Marcos...) and visited some "hot spots". Katie and I just got back from listening to an amazing musician from Austin(YAY)perform at a coffee house. It was awweeesome. I'm still trying to get use to it up here...still sad...but, I'll be okay. I love everybody!!!

So I have decided to start keeping up with my livejournal because I have dear friends here that I would love to keep in touch with. So...I'm finally updating. Well, I can't believe it's over. This whole experience is so bittersweet for me. I'm so looking forward to the future, but then again, I don't want things to change. One thing I know is that I'm serious about this keeping in touch thing. I don't want to all of a sudden lose 4 years because we don't see each other everyday. That would be lame. Don't do it.
